ProjectDX is an on-line property of Transformative Sustainable Solutions, Inc., an Oregon corporation founded in 2007 by Portland-based professional and civil engineering firm David Evans Enterprises, Inc. With a heritage of over 40 years of experience working with urban governments and utilities on both built and sustainable infrastructure plans and designs, we are well versed in the issues that cities face as they plan for their future growth.

Our mission is to help all communities achieve a responsible balance within their urban systems and infrastructure, and to reduce the impact of new developments on our remaining wild and natural resources.
